As a devotee of Sai Baba, we have established a Shirdi Sai Baba Mandir in Mangolpuri, Delhi. Our primary goal is to promote positivity and foster devotion towards Sai Baba within the community in January 2000.

After that, It has noticed that Youth from weaker section of the society of Mangol Puri and Sultan Puri (North-West Delhi) were deprived for getting Vocational Training services. Although, many efforts are being made by the Government from time to time for the deprived sections, still the facilities were not available as before. Therefore, we established a vocational training center in July-2007 which was later named as Family of Shirdi Sai Baba. In an era where ‘Inclusive Development’ is being emphasized as the right path towards sustainable development, focused initiatives for the welfare of persons with disabilities are essential. Disability is one of the core areas of work for the foundation and we have been supporting programs aiming at the empowerment of persons with disabilities (PwDs) since inception. Our work towards creating an equitable society with the aim of enhancing the quality of life for all through the empowerment of marginalized and underprivileged communities in India.

Our vision is to ensure equitable opportunities for individuals with disabilities and underprivileged youth, enabling their active engagement in society. We strive to create a shared platform that grants them access to various development opportunities.

8	SERVICES PROVIDED (CURRENT ACTIVITIES)	Skill Development Training FSSB is focusing on providing the Skill development training to the Persons with Disabilities and underprivileged youth of the society to get employment opportunity which help the person in improving their socio-economic condition. With this FSSB ensures that every individual get Top-notch training and necessary guidance in an appropriate environment for their Holistic Growth and Development. Computer BASIC Computer D.T.P Computer TALLY Typing (English) Beauty Culture and Hair Dressing Mehandi English Speaking Cutting & Tailoring Awareness/campaigns: – Family of Shirdi Sai Baba organizes different awareness camps/ Workshops/ Rally or different training programs in collaborations with Different Organizations and Government Department on the different topics for the betterment of the society. e.g Consumer awareness program with food and consumer Department, Aids awareness program with aids control society, workshop and rally on Environment with Indian environment society, VT Program and other awarnewss program with CSD , Deptt. MCD, Food and Nutrition Training with Govtt. Dept., Disaster management and self Defense training And soon. Environment : – FSSB deeply values environmental awareness, conservation, and the protection of our surroundings. Our organization is committed to fostering a greater sense of environmental consciousness among the general public through various initiatives. We strive to promote the principles of the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), waste segregation, the establishment of greener and cleaner environments, and the development of sustainable waste management models. These efforts are aimed at creating a more sustainable future for our planet. Sports : – Our main aim is to create or provide a common platform for all persons with disabilities and work for the sports upliftment of rural and general public irrespective related to cricket and other sports. To create sense of brotherhood, co-operation, mutual harmony, love and affection amongst the people and to help them in distress by taking up the matter with the authority concerned. We have introduced various sports activities to our children with disabilities who show great enthusiasm for learning and practicing the same. Past Activities :- VIKAS- A Day Care Center :- Vikas (Day Care) services for special children of the age above 10 years with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation (now known as Intellectual Disability) and Multiple Disabilities. In our day care center, we had appointed trained staff and special educators those who take care for special need of every persons with Disabilities for their inclusive education.
9	SPECIAL SOCIAL ACTIVITIES	Organized Disabled camps at Delhi for Person with Disabilities through which we are facilitating with various services like: Aids & Appliances, Counseling & Guidance, Pension issue and other Legal Advice. Arrangement for various traditional occasions such as: Krishna Janam Utsav, Ram Leela, Sai Sandhya, Maha Shiv Ratri and other Indian Festivals for Celebrations.
10	CREMATION CENTRE	Cremation Ground, also known as Shamshana, is a place where the bodies of our loved ones are brought to be burnt on a pyre. Here the antim sanskar or the last rites are conducted by priests and the chief mourner. Many religious scriptures have even given special instructions as to the location of the ground. During the 1st Way of COVID-19 as we all the death cases increased very rapidly and the place for funeral. So due to this, North Delhi Municipal Corporation, NDMC, allotted Cremation Ground of Rohini Sector-26 to instantly start Cremation Centre. Family of Shirdi Sai Baba always ready to do social work without stepping back in the very difficult times. FSSB started this immediately after the allotment and now successfully running Cremation Centre. Furthermore, we are continuously trying to approach North Delhi Municipal Corporation NDMC for drinking water, seating facility etc. in the Cremation centre.

17	SUCCESS STORIES	ANU; She belongs to a very poor family. Her father is a laborer. There are 5 members in their family. She came to know of the Youth Development centre run by Family Of Shirdi Sai Baba and completed her computer course. Now, she is working in a Govt. school as a Computer Teacher and earn 8000/- p.m. Nisha always way had high aspirations in my life. As she has more keen and interested to work in the Computer sector. So, after joining Computer Training at Family Of Shirdi Sai Baba, she was not only acquired practical and theoretical knowledge regarding the job role, but also got certificate affiliated by the Govt. She has acquired interpersonal skills from the training and it has also helped her in boosting her morale. The course was of 6 months duration. Now, she is working in Chetaniya Loan Co. As a Computer Operator, and has set as an example for other females in her neighborhood and earns 6000 per month now.
